My name is Sally Scott.  I am a personal trainer with 10 years experience in the fitness industry.  My main passion is running and after several years of training for marathons, I decided to retrain as a personal trainer in order to do what I love to do.

Over the years, there becomes a time when most people will experience an event which takes its toll on the human body.  This may be injury, weight gain or weight loss, pregnancy or a medical condition.  As a mother with 2 young children, I have experienced many of these!  I know how hard it can be to overcome an injury, keep fit during pregnancy and lose weight.

I am passionate about my job and love to help my clients feel good about themselves no matter what their goal.  It may be a short term goal with a definite end, such as running a 5K, or a much longer goal of maintaining a level of fitness over the years.
