Personal Training

Working with me in a 1-1 studio environment, you won't feel intimidated by other gym users.  I have a range of equipment including Kettlebells, ViPR and TRX, with an emphasis on functional training - training the body using functional every day movement patterns.

Pre and post natal

With 2 small boys, I've most definitely been there!  I feel confident to guide you through safe exercising both before and after birth.  After baby is born, we will work together to get the body back into shape both internally and externally.  Feel free to bring your baby to the studio.

Running

Whether you have a specific race goal or not, running sessions are a fantastic way to feel energised and spend time outdoors.  Running sessions with me will vary week to week and cover a range of drills and disciplines including tempo running, fartlek (speed play), hill and speed reps.  The sessions are uniquely tailored to your fitness ability.  If you are a complete beginner, you need not be put off as we can start using run/walk techniques.  For the more advanced athletes, you will always feel challenged with regular time trials.
