'I have trained with Sally for 4 years now - having worked with 3 other trainers previously. Something I really value in Sally is the way she thinks, and works with, the body as a whole system - noticing when muscles are 'on' or 'off'', and how that is contributing to patterns of movement or holding. As someone with historic mobility issues, working with Sally has enabled my symptoms - and my understanding of them - to improve significantly. She creates great programmes too, with lots of variety. In 2013 Sally trained to offer the Hypopressive Technique, which I was interested in. I have added these 1:1 sessions to my PT, as this technique is unlike anything I have learned in 25 years of working out in the gym. It has strengthened my deep core muscles and pelvic floor, as well as being avery relaxing and meditative practice.

I have been a regular gym goer for a number of years, however over time I found I was becoming bored and unfocussed and was finding it more and more difficult to motivate myself and get the most out of my visits to the gym.
That all changed when I started Personal Training with Sally back in 2007. Not only did she motivate me to exercise more by making me enjoy it again, she also introduced me to lots of new ways to use the equipment in the gym so I could vary my own workouts more and have a more complete workout.
Sally manages to make every training session different and more importantly, fun and enjoyable. She knows my strengths and weaknesses and knows exactly how to challenge and get the best out of me in every session. With her sessions having a perfect mix of cardio and toning, I always feel at the end of every one that I have worked hard and am that bit closer to achieving my own personal fitness and weight loss goals.
For anyone thinking about starting Personal Training, I can't recommend Sally highly enough. She definitely changed the way I approach and think about my exercise regime and more importantly, I now enjoy it again.

Sally thinks holistically and creatively about her clients’ training. I started running with her from the very beginning (walk/jog) and she has seen me through two marathons. I can go to Sally one week and say something run of the mill, like “I just signed up for a marathon!” or something slightly more unexpected like, “Hey, I’m learning to ride a unicycle. Help me out!” and the next week she’s got a programme all ready to go, full of relevant, helpful, challenging stuff I never would have thought of myself in a million years! Sally is focused and responsive during sessions, ready to step things up or down, and always very encouraging. Try the one and only Sally today! Hurry, while supplies last! Ben Matthews
